Australian shipping
Available delivery methods, prices and estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays.
Order processing
Orders are prepared on business days. We will send an order confirmation after checkout and shipping details when an order is dispatched.
Change-of-mind returns
Unless a product page says otherwise, unworn and unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for a change of mind is the customer's responsibility.
Faulty or incorrect items
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, contact us for the remedy you are entitled to.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
