Orders
When you submit an order, you offer to buy the selected products at the displayed total. An automated acknowledgement is not acceptance. We accept an order when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order if stock, pricing, fraud checks or delivery restrictions prevent fulfilment.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Any delivery charges are shown before payment. You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the selected payment method.
Product information
We try to present colours, measurements, availability and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and production variations can cause minor differences. Please review the product page and size information before ordering.
Delivery
Delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete, secure delivery address. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to that address, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Returns and consumer rights
Our Shipping & Returns policy applies in addition to your legal rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Website and intellectual property
The Knitcho name, logo, photography, copy and website materials are owned by or licensed to Knitcho. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, Knitcho is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and do not limit any mandatory rights you have under Australian law.
